hey everybody.

its your favurite dory again.
but this time, there's nothing nice about this entry.
so brace yourselves.
i am utterly disappointed with the j1 team right now.
attendance at trainings has hit an all time LOW.
LOW
LOW.
train three times a week???
MY ASS.
the point of asking for training three times a week is so that we can train efficiently.
if the ten of us can't commit ourselves to juz attending (i'm not even talking about participating)
attending, juz showing your pretty/handsome face in the hall three times a week
how can we expect the teachers to commit their time to us?
if we can't give what we expect of them we're being stupid.
nobody will put themselves into an unfair exchange.

today there was physical training.
and three damn pathetic kittens turned up.
out of ten we dont even have half the people turning up.
and those who didn't turn up, most couldn't even justify their absence substantially!!!
if u can't even offer two hours of ur POST-EXAM time of a week its obvious you haven tried hard enough to make yourselves available for training.
its realli depressing to go to training like this.
yup i admit, we didn't train, we went pooling.
but at the veri least we were ready to spend two hours to appear.

let me mention as well...
appearing isn't sufficient at all, its a futile attempt.
no point if we turn up for every single training and sit there rotting.
or find some lame shit excuse not to train.
we might as well not come.
its realli sad u noe..
what happen to all that fight? all that eagerness to train?
don't you people remember our purpose of training?
if we want to do it we do it properly!!
everybody trains to win, nobody trains to lose.
from now on all of us, all ten of us bloody well make sure we bloody do all our warm up,
foot work,
shuttle run,
long run,
shuttle drills,
exercises properly!!!
if not we can forget about training altogether.

and if we can't even manage the basics like bring our RACKETS (duh~~), towels and shoes to training we need to do some serious reflection.
come on people!! we're all in this together!!!
